The publisher behind AI’s local answers

We own the pages
AI reads.

When Australians ask ChatGPT who to call, it reads business directories. We publish more than 100 of them. The Partner Program puts your business inside.

Our request log

This is AI reading our pages.

Not a claim about the industry, our own edge log. Anyone can say AI reads directories. We can show you which system, which agent, which day, and how many pages it took.

The busiest agent-days of the past week, plus the agents that fetched a page while someone was asking. Totals above are everything logged since 12 August 2026, across the network sites that keep a request log. Our largest publication is not one of them, so these are a floor rather than a total. Those totals include the record's opening days, when AI crawling ran at 3.7 times its sustained rate; over the last thirty days the rate is 5.1 AI requests for every Google and Bing request. A request is a request: it is not a customer, a citation or a ranking. The AI systems named in the log are Amazon, OpenAI, Perplexity, ByteDance, Anthropic, Meta, Google, You.com, DuckDuckGo and Common Crawl.

How it works

How you end up in the answer.

No website rebuild. No blog posts to write. We do the publishing, on sites we own.

  1. Step 1

    We get your facts straight.

Services, service areas, hours, prices, licences. Checked with you, so AI has something solid to quote.

  2. Step 2

We publish you across our directories.

Your business goes live on every directory, category page and city page it qualifies for. We own them, so nobody has to be pitched or chased.

  3. Step 3

AI finds you when customers ask.

Assistants read our pages when someone asks who to call. Now your business is there, with the details that get a name picked.

The longer explanation, if you’re curious

The Australian program

A ChatGPT recommendation. Guaranteed.

Not for everyone, and we say so before you pay anything. We check three things, then tell you straight whether you are in.

What we check first

  1. You are a physical business serving Australian customersA shop, a workshop, a clinic, a van. Somewhere real people hire you.
  2. Your industry is one we publishThat covers 91% of Australia’s physical-business industries. If yours is not in yet, we tell you.
  3. A Featured place is still open where you workThree per category, per city. When a city is full, it is full, and we will not pretend otherwise.

A reply within two working days. No payment to apply.

91% is Starworks’ assessment of physical-business industry coverage in Australia, not a per-prompt success rate. Individual eligibility is assessed before acceptance.

Why it works

Not another agency. We’re the publisher.

Agencies try to get you mentioned on other people’s sites. We own the sites. Here is what we can show you.

Crawler visits are recorded requests from named AI crawlers on the logged part of the network, everything since 12 August 2026. They are not customers. Citations are from a fixed set of questions run on 15 September 2026, and a sample is not a promise for every question. Read the method.

For GEO agencies and consultants

You bring the clients. We own the network.

You keep the strategy and the relationship. We publish your clients across the Australian network and report back.

Fair questions

Straight answers.

Something specific to your business?

Talk it through with Ben

Do you need access to my website?

No. We publish and maintain your business information on directories we own. Your website stays with you and whoever looks after it now. We can also bring your outside listings into line and help you ask real customers for reviews, as agreed in your proposal.

What actually is the Partner Program?

A done-for-you publishing service. We check your business information with you, publish it across the directories and city pages you qualify for, arrange your Featured placements and keep everything current. You get one person to talk to and a report every month.

Can you guarantee a ChatGPT recommendation?

For eligible Australian physical businesses, we guarantee a ChatGPT recommendation. We assess your business, category and location before confirming acceptance. This is our program commitment, not control over every answer, ranking or future recommendation.

My business is already listed. What changes?

The program adds a fuller, verified record, an agreed Featured placement, ongoing updates, review support and reporting. We look at what you already have before we quote. Paid placements are labelled. You are not buying a spot in the organic rankings.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many locations you have and the work needed. We check your record, then send you a private proposal. It is month to month, there is no payment to apply, and you get a personal reply within two working days.

Can my GEO agency offer this to clients?

Yes. Agencies work with us directly to publish their clients across the network. We agree coverage, client contact, approvals, reporting and commercial terms before anything starts. You keep the strategy and the relationship.

Your next customer is asking AI

Make sure it says your name.

Twenty minutes with Ben about your business, your area and where you’d fit. Or send an application and we’ll do the checking first.

No payment to apply. A real person on the other end.
